Erin is a registered Acupuncturist and active member of the ‘Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine Association of Nova Scotia’.
Although she has travelled over the years, her roots have always been in rural Nova Scotia, where she was born and raised. So she is grateful daily to be able to treat patients now, in her community. Erin trained at the ‘Canadian College of Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture’, where she obtained her Diploma. During school, she had the privilege of serving as professional medical assistant to Dr. Li-Chen and trained under the guidance of Henry Claflin ~ directors of Nova Scotia's only colleges of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This invaluable professional experience allowed her to immerse herself in the ancient wisdom of holistic therapies under their direct mentorship.
Certified to address a wide range of health conditions, Erin is appreciated for her ability to restore holistic balance through ancient healing techniques. With a keen understanding of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, she approaches each patient's journey to wellness with empathy, compassion, and respect.

Kate completed a Bachelor of Science in biology and psychology in 2004, and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Dalhousie University. She quickly went on to complete her pelvic floor physiotherapy training in 2011, as she recognized this was an under-serviced population both locally and province-wide. Kate returned to her hometown of Kentville soon after graduation and has been treating clients throughout the Annapolis Valley ever since.
Some of her post-graduate training includes acupuncture, assessment and treatment of breastfeeding-related conditions, diastasis recti, and pelvic girdle pain. She currently lives in Kentville with her husband and two children.

Sarah graduated in 2006 from her hometown university of UPEI with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She went on to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2008. She immediately started her career in private practice in Kentville, where her and her husband settled in and are raising their family of three children together. Knowing there was a need for more pelvic floor therapists, as well as more education and awareness about pelvic health in general, Sarah went on to secure a number of pelvic floor courses towards her certification with the hopes of caring for this population of patients and broadening her scope of practice. Sarah has completed courses for the female and male population, and can treat an array of conditions including, but not limited to issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.
