Kate completed a Bachelor of Science in biology and psychology in 2004, and a Masters degree in Physiotherapy in 2010 from Dalhousie University. She quickly went on to complete her pelvic floor physiotherapy training in 2011, as she recognized this was an under-serviced population both locally and province-wide. Kate returned to her hometown of Kentville soon after graduation and has been treating clients throughout the Annapolis Valley ever since.
Some of her post-graduate training includes acupuncture, assessment and treatment of breastfeeding-related conditions, diastasis recti, and pelvic girdle pain. She currently lives in Kentville with her husband and two children.

Sarah graduated in 2006 from her hometown university of UPEI with a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She went on to complete her Masters degree in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in 2008. She immediately started her career in private practice in Kentville, where her and her husband settled in and are raising their family of three children together. Knowing there was a need for more pelvic floor therapists, as well as more education and awareness about pelvic health in general, Sarah went on to secure a number of pelvic floor courses towards her certification with the hopes of caring for this population of patients and broadening her scope of practice. Sarah has completed courses for the female and male population, and can treat an array of conditions including, but not limited to issues such as incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.
